Yes , because you have to have a PERFECT credit score in order for the banks to lend you any money ....The reign's have tightened and the market has come to a halt ......What good are low interest rates if you can't qualify to access them ? .....It would be interesting to see how many folks have tried to get a mortage and did not qualify ? .... I'm in a different situation....i have the credit , but don't want to own but only one house .....Mine won't sell , so I end up not buying .....I'm not gonna bite off more than I can chew .....Jim
