Prayer of Judgement is when your more or less forgiven for a traffic violation and don't have to pay the fine as long as you are not pulled over for a year after that. If you do get another citation in that year, you must pay that fine and your previous one. So I with the POJ I just had to pay court costs and a $90 fee to my lawyer and the charge was dropped. You can use POJ once every 3 years per household. This is how it works in NC at least, I don't think many other states have it.
