Leaders of Belville, a small Brunswick County town, hopes that a planned river walk near the Brunswick River will help revitalize downtown. The nearly $2.2 million project also would include a business to house a restaurant and boutique shops.

I don't know. Washington did a much larger project and that still hasn't really done anything for Washington away from the river.
