We'll be down in a couple of weeks to close on our home near Southport---nice to hear the spring flowers are already appearing!

Years ago DH and I were house hunting around Wilmington and looked in the Pine Valley neighborhood---it was nice, we liked the brick ranches.

Thank you so much for the helpful information, I really appreciate it! We live in the Adirondacks of NY so this move is going to be a big adjustment, leaving family and an area we all love and know!
