Oak Island parking. (legally, safe, trailer)

I have a friend that is having a bachelor weekend on Oak Island and we are taking two vehicles plus trailers with ATVs. Where we are staying doesn't have a lot of space. I really want to drive my own vehicle because I hate being that far away without my own ride.

Are there places on the island that is safe to park your vehicle? I would be willing to pay.

Just curious---where do you plan to use the ATV's? Try calling the local police station for their recommendations for where to park legally and safely.

I think the park is called Midway where we are planning on riding. Thanks for the advice!
