Realtor Recommendations for Relocation Tour of Beaufort and Morehead City (safe, water)

I am looking for recommendations for a realtor who would be willing to spend a few hours giving me a tour of Beaufort and Morehead City for possible relocation.

Please private message me if you are a realtor (or can recommend someone who is) willing to spend some time with no high pressure.

What I really want is some greenery, breathing room, safe walking, and easy access to the water for day sailing.
