It's an interesting concept in urban living at the edge of an industrial park. I like that it is gated. I like the exposed walls and concrete finishes. I am not sure I would feel safe riding my bicycle around the area because of the traffic. I checked spotcrime.com and there were a few assaults within a few blocks. I could live there if I were in my 20's.

I know a few folks that live there (in their mid 40's) and they really enjoy it. It's a "community" as much as anywhere is and some have children.

It has all the amenities and is across the street from two hotspots, The Harp and The Satellite...which many have described as the best bar in Wilmington. During the day, you have Greenfield Lake across the street, which has a 4 mile trail around it, has the Greenfield Lake Amphitheater and you are an easy bike ride to downtown down Front St.

There is some crime in the area because of the public housing complexes on one side of Greenfield Lake, but not much south of 3rd St or at the Lake itself.
