questions about Caraway Cove (HOA, mobile home, purchasing)

Hi, my wife and I are wondering if the HOA for Caraway Cove allows Modulars, or Mobile Homes on the Lots That I'm looking at purchasing?

A quick search uncovered this:

Log Kit homes and off frame modulars allowed with architectural approval. No manufactured homes. 1900 SF minimum home size. Hardiplank or Natural Siding only in community."
