Flooding risks Compass Pointe, The Bluffs area (Wilmington: homes, areas)

Hi all,

I know the Wilmington area is prone to hurricanes and flooding. Hurricane Florence really hurt the area. Does anyone know how badly Compass Pointe and The Bluffs and surrounding areas were impacted by Florence and other potential flooding issues?


We have been interested in looking at homes in those areas but worry about flooding risks now and in the future.
