I am looking to relocate to the Outer Banks, and I need advice on where to find an affordable apartment or other small rental. I love the Rodanthe area, but mostly just want to live as close to ocean as possible anywhere near the Cape

Many homes especially in that town are set up for short term vacation rentals you are going to or havent already have a hard time finding something to rent for long term use on the outer banks that is price reasonable.
