I'm not gonna rip Les. Overall, he's done pretty well, considering he's replacing arguably the best coaching football coach in the country. Most programs begin to fall apart once a coaching legend leaves, once he has to replace recruits. But Miles has proven he can recruit.

Mauck ---> Saban's recruit.
Flynn ---> Saban's recruit.
And at Alabama, Saban recruited or retained:
McElroy ---> won a BCS title
A.J. McCarron ---> won a BCS title.
All four are pocket passers. All four are BCS winners. Saban picked them all. Maybe it's time Miles and company started to take some notes on recruiting QBs and running an offense. Get smart pocket passers, some good RBs and wide-outs, and a good line, and play smart, high-percentage offense with a pocket passing QB.
