Deciding what you want to do is the most important thing you have to decide. If you are interested in people, HR might suit you, but HR is a big field, and so is business. From experience, the degree you have is less important - it's the award you achieve, the uni, and what you done with yourself since at uni - big companies like top universities and sports captains but if your proactive you'll stand out. So decide on what sector you want to work, which cities you would work in, and then approach every company. The first job after you graduate is so important so you need to spend time working out what you want to do or during interview stage your just going to come across badly.
