I need to take the GRE, how difficult was it? Obviously not hard for you but what about others?

Congrats!

I am curious about a MUP as well.

I have seen rarely Masters of Urban Design programs (these are NOT common), how much overlap is there with MUP? (or MURP as UNO here locally has it)

How hard is it to get scholarship money or a GA position?

Very close to graduating here, 3.8 GPA Tulane, no GRE score...yet
