Thanks everyone Now I really hope I get this home. I was worried about the train thing but I just realized there are train tracks behind be that is used often lol. I noticed a lot of the homes are small and that's actually fine for me. We are just a single family, first child on the way. So I think I will give it a shot

Larger homes are overrated, and at some point, irresponsible. I think people should learn to live in the space they can afford and actually need, and if they can afford a lot, that doesn't mean they need it or that they should spend their money on it. If it is getting too crowded, chances are that means they have too much stuff they don't really need or they need to use their space more efficiently, that's all.

Yeah I agree. I can't stand having something that I don't use often. I've never been a pack rat and go through my stuff yearly to make sure I don't have extra things. I also don't like to overbuy and store stuff either. I figure by the time I would need that item either something better would be out or I would have lost the ones i'm storing anyways. Small home are cute and quaint But I like big backyards though lol.
