Agree, but the new place up on Union/Woodman is way above that price.

Must be the outdoor pool that is STILL OPEN even in the winter. Must cost a ton to heat it!

My wife and I considered living there.

They told us the prices and we laughed at them.

Lurstman- I am a landlord w/ a SFR rental in Briargate that I get $950/mo for. 3 BR, 2 full baths.

I got a call from a lady who said she worked at the "new place on Woodman/Union" and assumed she wanted to maybe look at my house to rent. She made an appointment and never showed up. Now I know she was "pricing the market" for the rent they charge there.

How much are those places?

I think they said 1200 to 1500. I tried asking my wife, but she doesn't recall specifics either. It was about 8 months ago.

Drove by those new places today. Don't look that special on the outside. But oooh, tankless water heaters! Is that really a selling point?
