Briargate parkway or Briargate Blvd? (Which idiot in planning and zoning approved two streets named "Briargate"?)

Trying to remember which one is Cheyenne Blvd and which one is Cheyenne Rd is also fun here in the SW part of town. Spouse and I have endless fun trying to explain to each other which one we're referring to in providing directions etc.

The legacy areas of the city had very specific rhyme and reason for the street naming. Outlying areas not so much. Since then, street names in developments were/are created by the developers and planners working the project. City or County approval of individual names within a development doesn't happen. So it is a lack of creativity, laziness, or they simply ran out of time to name everything, especially taking a single name and turning it into multiple venues.

I saw the dirt being moved around Friday, so I realized you meant Briargate Pkwy, but IDK what's going to be there. I'm also curious abt what's going on across from Lifetime Fitness? A lot of dirt on the move there, too.

Yeah, that's gotta be it. I think of that, as on the other side, but really, between the building, parking lots, any possible adjacent bldgs & or emergency entrances, it probably is a big enough project, to go all the way over there. Thanks!
