Every time I see this (often) solitary thread on this subforum I realize what an exciting place to live Colorado Springs is!

We had a miller moth that crawled into a picture frame and expired in front of the print. For years, my wife and I ignored it, hoping the other would get it out (the ignoring took some determination because the picture was on the wall in front of our exercise bike). Guests would use the bike and scratch their heads about the seemingly permanent moth corpse at eye level. Finally I weakened and tried to get the moth out, which resulted in the frame falling apart. Miller moth 1, humans 0.

That's funny ... but to me, the funniest part of your story is that you (and apparently your guests) use an exercise bike enough to see the framed moth, while at the same time, try mightily to ignore it.
