My sister and, sister-in-law have both had lasik. They are very happy with it but, both have a dry eye problem. My sister lives in Florida and, my sister-in-law lives in COS. Just making the point of 2 different climates.
Anyway, I have bought them both an eyedrop that they love (it'sa little freaky at first but, works great).
They are called...Rohto. They are a cooling eyedrop that come in different types including lubricating. They both swear by them!!!
It's kind of like a menthol cooling effect which, freaks out some people!
I had my oldest son try them and, he thought I was trying to blind him!LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should of warned him, I was on the floor laughing my fanny off. He is still holding it against me, the BRAT!!!JK!!
They really do work though...as long as one realizes about the icy, menthol cooling effect! Realllllly!!!!

thanks for all of the input. Thanks for the eyedrop advice as well as the comparison between Florida and Col Springs. Thats what I was wondering, if anyone had noticed their eyes causing them more problems after moving to Colorado whether they had had Lasik or not. Like I said I have problems here; ironically more in the fall and our climate is pretty humid and polluted.

My dry eyes after Lasik lasted a couple of months. I had it done 4 or 5 yrs. ago. My eyes have been dry in the past few weeks and I find I need drops once in awhile. I also haven't been getting enough sleep.
