"Where is great high tech sector in the Springs located." ????

You may want to live in the Garden of the Gods/ Rockrimmon area.

As you describe, it does sound like Garden of the Gods, Rockrimmon, Mountain Shadows and Peregrine area might seem to fit well. Close the mountains, okay for shopping, close to food. Peregrine might be a bit far. Where is your place of work??? That will help.

Tons of nice houses near Garden of the Gods. Just go beyond the big Verizon complex and you will see them. The empty Intel factory is kinda depressing though

Thank you all!
What are home prices like in that area. I am looking for a nice house but not too expansive.
My husband is in Intel,he will work from home. And I don't have a job yet. I am wondering if it is possible to find job in SQA there

It depends. You could get stuff in the low 100's in Holland Park which is just off of G.O.G. and they go up to the mid to high 200's. You can also get stuff in Mountain Shadows area. Condos start at 100's and then single family will go pretty high. Same with Rockrimmon/Peregrine area. The Intel complete shut down keeps getting pushed back because they say they have more work, but it is supposed to shut down completely here soon. So Ive heard. The building is up for sale. Try Intelliden Intelliden - Network Automation Solutions | Network Discovery, Configuration, Compliance and Provisioning | Intelliden I know some engineers family and friends that work their. Not sure if they are hiring!
