This all sounds a bit strange.....a new mayor, a HUD development about to be built that he proposed years ago and could profit from......sounds very fishy. Anyone have more info?

I don't think so. It doesn't take rocket science to read the four lines in the menu on the left to see the Pinson bought out Benjamin and his father's interst in the project in 2009. One would think a lawyer would be smart enough to not get tangled up in 'conflict of interest' issues before he ran for a public office.
