One of the most wonderful points about Columbia - the arts - gets some much deserved attention in Charleston City Paper. Jeffery Day writes about the Capital City's abundance of culture. Mr. Day has never a day in his life as a journalist been a cheerleader for Columbia. He has been as objective and sometimes as harsh as they come.

I thought about that after viewing the video. I've never seen the woman doing the report. She might be new to the area and need a lesson on the river system.

They do (or at least they used to), but its only a club sport.

Columbia has some paved roads. It's very convenient, especially during the rain. Also, the sky is blue, sometimes, when they decide to have it blue.
