There is no exit 49. 49 mile marker, maybe? Exit 51 is the end of Lexington westbound. Next exit westbound is 44 for Gilbert/B-L.

Does anyone know what the construction is in the village at sandhills. Seems like a housing complex across from where the new richland 2 school is being built.

Yeah it's just more apartments/condos like the ones already there. It's a pretty nice sight seeing this and the Richland 2 innovation center getting built.

There was a mention of this site in this WLTX story. They say it will be a mix of retail and restaurants with a Panera Bread preliminarily listed as one of the occupants.

The article wasn't very specific about new openings. Also, I wasn't aware of a shopping center being developed at Forest and Percival. Does anyone have a link to the site plan? Columbia Development's website appears to be under construction.
