I was able to find some general information for site selection from a pdf file.
A population of at least 200,000 is needed within a 5 mile radius with a median income of $75,000.

Ok then well that clarifies it we have the population of over 200,000 within a 5 mile radius.And our median income would be close too $75,000 I would imagine. according to the wikipedia Columbus ga city limits population in 2013 is 202,824 so it's probably a bit higher now. If I had to guess I would say that the 2014 population of Columbus would be 203,000 now just a guess.
oh and by the way Columbus has a Fresh Market. The retail and business markets in Columbus are strong.

If you're that desperate, there is a Costco in Montgomery. It takes less than an hour when I take the back way from my house (Smiths/Salem area).
