The idea is great and fresh for this area and I hope it does well.
The houses are more than overpriced. The retail should be nice but it is going to take them a very long time to fill all those residential lots in my opinion.

I haven't seen any listings for them - how much are they selling the ones over there for? I highly doubt that they'll land Whole Foods, they may be able to get Trader Joe's but you have to keep in mind, the retail that they're currently targeting is 1,500-5,000 sq/ft spaces in "Town Square" - it's going to be atleast after widing of Veterans is done before they attempt the retail out by the road.

The homes range from $375000 to $505000. They are nice homes ranging from 2200 to 3400 sq ft.but you have very small lots.

The finishes are amazing, but I wouldn't of guessed that high. I would of said $275,000-$325,000 starting range. Yes, lots are small but they're so beautiful - the whole development is going to be amazing.

These prices are obviously to keep out the looky-loos and riff raff.
95 percent of locals couldn't pay the property taxes and insurance/interest alone much less the principal.
If things continue on a downward economic trend locally they will be the only folks left in the area......lol.

I'm simply surprised because these are the small-medium lots. Which means, there are more expensive houses. We will see how it plays out!

This project does sound impressive. Will is be similar to Serenbe outside of Atlanta or more commercialized?

Rural? It's in the middle of the city.
