That's huge. Costco possibly? That's a huge transaction for land. Could it possibly be that apartment development east of downtown?

It says Swift Spinning, so I'm guess this is the old Swift site. This site has been the most popular rumored site for Costco so it very well could be. I'm really hoping it is!

Guys, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this isn't a redevelopement purchase. Unfortunately this is simply Swift getting money out of they're currently operating spinning mills while they still can, through a leaseback purchase.

Basically, some investors purchase the mills from Swift and in turn Swift signed a 20 year lease for those mills. This included their East Columbus Facility and their Combed Yarn Division Facility.

Wade Cleaners is opening a new location in a shopping center they're building in Midland on the McDonalds/Zelmo's Gas Station.

Just had this come across my desk:

The Woodruff Company is building a new 5100 square foot building next to Moe’s SouthWest Grill at Lakeside Village. Rental rate is $24.00 per square foot plus charges of $4.50 psf.
5,100 sq/ft isn't very big, interested to know why they did this versus a larger building.

Bojangles is finally going up on Victor Drive. Does anyone know the fourth location? Could it be a downtown or midtown location?
