They have a lot of Marriott branded hotels opening in 2018.

Yes sir/ma'am I am excited about this development. Did they release any renderings, or will it be a surprise? Our AC Hotels is the only one without the rendering on the websites.

I was told RAM bought half of 1200 Broadway for this project. Is this true?

What's going on with the Hampton Inn Pezold was building on the corner? I know they were rebidding the project but not a peep in month. I see Phenix loan is relocating. I wonder if that has anything to do with the hotel project. Anyone know!

I was at Phenix Finance today, lol. But it probably has something to do with the lot behind the building.

They own both buildings, so probably trying to relocate to get ready for the project. RAM hasn't made any more progress either from what I've seen.

Ram has started bidding the project with an expected fall start date.

RAM moved their opening back to Fall 2018 but I would guess they'll be moving it to Spring 2019 at the earliest.

Hampton will happen but there are many moving parts that have to fall into place. Biggest is parking, hopefully they'll build something big enough for CSU to use.
