So this is not actually a planned project. This is just a marketing piece for Kaizen Collaborative?

I think the Bradley swapped lots. It does seem like the ongoing project was originally planned for Broadway. The rendering I posted earlier was diffidently planned to be on riverfront.

It's similar to what the Bradley has planned for the lot between Front and Broadway.
