To me it sounds like it will be between 6-8 stories. And yes the facade board can approve something over 8 stories. It's time for them to break that habit.

Well I sure hope they go with the taller structure! I love the progress being made in the downtown area but it's definitely time to add to our skyline.

With that size bottom floor couldn't be much bigger than Trader Joe's or Fresh Market. 25,000 is pretty small.

Good thng is that developable land is running out downtown. Soon enough large projects will have to go straight up. Looking forward to the renderings of this project.

I'd love to see a Whole foods or Trader Joe's I've heard of Trader Joe's locating to downtown areas and I think it would be a good fit for our downtown.
