Totally agree. This seems like a very costly 200M+ mistake but the decision makers have spoken.

Smaller than what we have now. The difference being this new tower is built out because of the wings. It will be 8 stories,but the floors will be a bit longer.

There will be a skyline. This tower just won't stand out like the gov't center tower.

It won’t be much of one especially considering the size of the city - this is a step backwards as it relates to the skyline.

I’m not impressed at all. This reminds me of the buildings on CSU’s main campus not a downtown structure. Our leadership lacks vision.

Now this is very true. It does look like a CSU building. If only Historic Columbus would have been on their necks from the jump,then things would look a lot different.
