We're on the verge of talking in circles here, but if you honestly believe that a housing project is the same as a mixed income project, it may be pointless.

Projects that include mixed-income, market-rate units make a lot of sense. My only concern is how much oversight do project managers have over renters to hold them responsible for maintaining and taking care of their new place, not being too noisy, and respecting their neighbors? And being able to quickly kick out offenders and those who don't play by the rules and covenants! Otherwise, these new places will go downhill fast!

They will be just fine. You guys have to understand that hud put the money, strict rules and requirements behind these mixed income projects to make sure those things you listed doesn't happen.

Looks like a good design. Hopefully this can spur some movement on the city village project

Closing down a portion of the river walk for the demolition. Looks like Chase is about to come down. Glad to see this moving forward. Ton of new construction along the river there.

When did this happen? I didn’t hear about demolition starting. They haven’t even moved the people out of there yet.

The Bibb City section of the Riverwalk is closed right now because GP is replacing power line poles, it has nothing to do with Chase Homes.

Covid threw the schedule for the Chase project way back, it should start before end of year though.

I found reports that say otherwise.
