Great pictures. What's most amazing to me is entire infill communities being built such as Neighborhood Launch, Jeffrey Park and Grandview Yard. Blocks and blocks of new residential and commercial space. East Franklinton is the newest example.

Yes, same view roughly 10 years apart.

So.....this is kind of big. Intel building a billion dollar computer chip factory in New Albany. Other articles I've seen says it could employ 10,000 workers. Largest development project in Ohio since Honda came here in the early 80's, and possibly the largest ever.

This is great. You got this and Children's Hospital and Amazon. Are these the biggest capital investments in Columbus? Anything else?

OSU has started building a $650 million dollar Innovation District near Lane and Kenny. Five or six cranes up right now. Not as big as the Intel development, but still significant.

Congrats to Columbus. I have a feeling you will be attracting a lot of talent from the Pittsburgh area for those jobs. It would’ve been nice if we could’ve gotten it here (Pittsburgh). We just don’t have our act together for attracting business and growth like Columbus.
