However, I ended up on other forums for discussing development- among other reasons- and decided to not continue adding stuff here. This Columbus forum was never all that busy compared to other non-CD sites, and most of the posters on the C-D Ohio forums do not even like Columbus. You can see that by all the dumb arguments scattered throughout.

However, if people are actually interested, I could start updating this thread again. Is this something anyone would like to see?
Loving all the responses.

^ Don't live in Columbus anymore, though I still enjoy following development. That said, I don't really think there's any active Columbus posters here. Reddit seems like a much more active medium.

A new restaurant and entertainment venue is proposed for 225 Neilston Street in Downtown. The project would convert existing buildings into the 33,000 SF venue. The company that is doing the project owns dozens of other properties in the neighborhood, and this seems to be the first of many new developments they are planning for this part of Downtown.

Since I haven't updated this in some time, I'll only be updating on projects proposed or had some sort of status change over the past 12 months.

This 4-story, 90-unit mixed-use project with retail space was approved for 986 Cleveland Avenue in December. Construction seems to have begun, at least in terms of demolition of the single-story, non-historic buildings on site.

Down the road at 2413 Cleveland Avenue, the Mulby Place project also seems to have begun construction. https://www.dispatch.com/business/20...ousing-project

https://www.homeportohio.org/action/kenlawn-place
Construction for Kenlawn Place at 2980 Cleveland Avenue is also now underway.

This project is also now under construction at 4836 Cleveland Avenue.
