I abandoned Outlook years ago, and now use yahoo. When I want to send an email directly from MS Word or Excel, it keeps putting up the Outlook screen. (Not Outlook Express, btw).

Is there any way to get MS to default to my yahoo account for sending emails?

The default email generally has to be an application, not a web mail service. Google has a utility to make it work though, no idea if yahoo does.
