Problem with sound card plz help (laptop, operating system, bios, game)

Hey guys there is some problem with my sound card sometimes it works but most of the time i get "no sound card installed"

i play a game called international cricket captain 2013 and it gives error "failed to create directsound device" and the game doesnt work

when my sound card works the game works fine otherwise it gives this error and closses

is there anyway i can play this game without sound card or a way to bypass this error and play the game without sound or sound card

plz help

Do you have the correct driver for that soundcard installed?

i m having this problem for 2 months now like 2 days ago when i started my computer the sound card was showing but when i shut it down and then started it again it was gone.

this game needs sound card other wise it doesnt work

Ok, you said the device is not installed, that image says the driver can't start, two entirely different problems. Based on the image I would go to Dell's website and download and install the audio driver.

yes that is the problem i installed the driver like 100 times but still same problem
