my e-mail: cannot log in (email, how to, click, connection)

I cannot log into my Hotmail. I type "Hotmail" or "Outlook" in a search field and get a window with a following message:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to login.live.com. The OCSP response is not yet valid (contains a date in the future). (Error code: sec_error_ocsp_future_response)
The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.
Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem. Alternatively, use the command found in the help menu to report this broken site.
I tried to log in from Explorer and Firefox and get the same kind of message. Please someone help
Sorry, my computer is a disaster...It is on 12/5/2013...I fixed time, now I can view my e-mails lol...One more question: how to forward e-mail in Outlook. I do not have "Forward" button. I do have "Reply" but I do not need to reply, I want to forward to someone else.... Thank you

Microsoft has created a lot of confusion. To most people Outlook is a Microsoft email application that runs on you computer that is different than Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox, which are web browsers.
Are you referring to Outlook as a website where you get your mail or as a Program like Microsoft Word.
I am referring to Outlook as a website, Microsoft email ....
