I am open I can accept people wanting to live their lives as homosexual, transgender, cross dressing, and so forth as long as they are not directly causing physical harm to anything.

No.. There's no "free reign".
A transgendered person is enabled to legally use the restroom assigned to their preferred gender. Any "perv" actions are still illegal and being transgender is not a defense.
