Does anyone know of quick roads (Short cuts) to Rte 25 in Brookfield?

If you go up 133 and continue pass the railroad overhead pass and make a left, that road will lead you to rte 25.

You can also continue on 133, make a right after you go under the railroad tracks, turn right onto Sunset Hill, follow it the golf course, then you get to rt25 as well.

Thanks, any idea how one goes about buying a forclosure property?

If the property is listed with an agent (on the MLS), it should be the same process of being a traditional way, except it takes a few days to hear back from the banks in regards to the offer and they will generally not give any money toward anything that comes up in inspections since the properties are sold 'as is.'

With longer days on market with listings, people not looking and just renting what do you think the price has lowered over the last 6 mths in a price point of 3-500K? 10%?
