We like Chuck's Steakhouse in Rocky Hill, though their salad bar is not as good as it use to be. Jay
Yeah, I always found their salad bar very plain. RT's is far better, but I'm not big on salad bars at restaurants after seeing gross things the general public does at them.
Oh, haven't been to the local Whole Foods there, but the ones in Milford and Westport have good salad and hot bars - so I'd imagine all do.

I haven't found a decent salad bar in CT. Having just returned, and being, from the west, I really miss good salad bars as they are plentiful in the Rocky Mountain region. Good luck in finding a good one.
One in Danbury was always alright. Last time I was there I got the impression they have been trying to move their menu upmarket to differentiate against other chains.
