The main one was about 87k, just under Shelton. Haven't found the others online yet.

Well, the news also said Shelton was "almost 90k". So it's probably about that.

The choices were probably, completely gut and renovate the current HQ building, while unloading or subletting the other buildings, or start fresh in a new space. The current space is dated, and I'm sure part of this is an image-refresh for the company to have shiny new space

I'd imagine the latter was cheaper and easier.

Tremendous news and good timing, one of their massive CH-53K King Stallions just flew low over the house and out over the Sound heading east in Sikorskys direction. It took off from Oxford.
Great Sikorsky craft spotting around these parts.

Not sure if that includes the basement which was finished later and fully utilized. The small building in front as you pass the driveway was bought, the 2 buildings across the street. One might have been leased. Tried to buy the ice hockey rink but didn't work out. Big warehouse father down the road for franchise fulfilment still might be used.

Sry, meant to quote Bob's post about the 87k sq ft

Enterprise Corporate Park is strictly an office complex. There is no warehouse space in it so Subway’s warehouse in Milford will likely remain there. At least for now. Jay

An independent actuarial audit indicates that the nearly $5.4 billion in advanced payments made toward our state pension obligations over the past three years will save us $440 million annually beginning next year. That’s incredible. We went from having what some characterized as one of the worst funded pension plans to actually saving money on it. Wonderful news. Jay

Here’s a town by town list of who pays the most state income taxes. The champ is no surprise: Greenwich. Also no surprise is the list of Top 10. It includes such known wealthy communities like Darien, New Canaan and Westport. The only non Fairfield County towns in the top ten are West Hartford and Glastonbury.

Per capita taxes paid tells an interesting story. While Greenwich is still No. 1 but not far behind them is Darien. The real surprise on that list is the non Fairfield County town. Coming in at No. 4 is unbelievably Lyme of all towns. I know it has money but I never thought Lyme was wealthier than any town in Hartford or New Haven Counties. Jay
