Sally's is the only place worth checking out IMO, if only to compare their foray into expansion vis a vis Pepe's. If they only get to 75% of the original it will easily be the best pizza place in the area.

i don't believe the stores "at opening" are actually stores. If you google those names, most are artist with one journalist and one author.

It seems like these are mostly artists. I'm not sure I get the concept here, is it to just get people in to be excited about a mall space with no stores open yet? I can see how the artist angle could be marketed, but it doesn't seem like they are capitalizing on it a captivating way.

It’s been years since a new mall opened around here. If I remember correctly it’s not uncommon for a mall to open without all its stores opening as well. They phase the openings to keep customers interested and excited. Jay

Where is Apple? They are listed as a tenant in internal Brookfield documents.

I’m not excited. I don’t live close enough to shop there often. I may go at some point just to see it but I doubt that will happen this year. I avoid malls during the holidays. Too busy. Jay

Malls have been dying out ever since internet shopping picked up. Some of the high end places are still in demand but malls dont excite me at all, but maybe that's cause I'm a guy
