I currently have a CT issued license. I recently moved to Nevada and working on getting my new ID. There's a slight problem with that. I had a ticket I forgot to pay in Derby so i reopened the case as not guilty and have my court date for late July. I paid the reopening of $60, CT DMV wasn't notified for almost TWO WEEKS!!! I then sent in my restoration fee of $175 in and waited 14 buisness days. I called CT DMV to make sure they got the money and they said they haven't processed it yet! I asked if they got the letter and I was told that they have no way to find out.

Also I now have a new problem! I had a ticket in Nevada and i had a lawyer appear for me. CT was never notified that I paid the ticket so they sent me ANOTHER suspension notice and i was aware of that 20 buisness days in advance. I called up DMV and stressed my concern that i had a lawyer appear for me and the charges were dropped. They asked me to provide documentation stating the case number and more details. I sent them the documentation with 15 buisness days on the clock. I called up today and they ALSO have NO record of anything coming from me. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager about this but was told "they aren't available dude". I have 5 more buisness days untill they make me pay an additional $175 that i shouldn't be paying. What the hell are these clowns doing? Where do I escalate my issues with CT DMV?

FWIW, according to the CT DMV website,
"[SIZE=2]You may reach the executive offices of the Commissioner at 860-263-5735."

Good Luck..........
