Upton Adjusted the amounts.. Still has up to a foot for NYC. Wow they are keeping it close! NAM18z just came out and yet again keeps Southern New England in play. It's alone and being called NUTS.

It's good nobody thought there was a solid forecast before today.. Now that we're getting closer we see that the 10"+ areas are just less than 100 miles away. 24"+ areas are less than 300 miles away.

These are the details nobody knows until closer.

isn't there something about forecasters not taking into account the warmer than average ocean water which *COULD* push this thing more northerly?

either way, fingers crossed. i'd be happy with 8"+ in White Plains.
