Me too. 1 more...Thursday. Most number of days with snow falling since 2005 in Hartford.

But can you imagine 5 straight days of snow and over 4 feet of it? Parts of Vermont is having a hard time. Propane and oil deliveries cant deliver

At the pace we're going at we should change Meteorological seasons like this..

Winter: Jan-Feb-Mar
Spring: April, May, June
Summer: July, August, September
Fall: October, November, December

I bet if we look at our averages that would make most sense past 10 yrs?

This is why I always stubbornly resist the meteorological seasons. March has far more NESIS storms than December. Dec 20-March 20 is more appropriate. Full stop.

..I'd go with the Dec. 15 to March 15 though too. As much as it has been cold the last few late Marches I'd bet late December (15 on) averages colder./ Without question early December cant hold a candle to early March for colder and snowier.
