I constantly have live radar refreshes open with a software. Weather maps, Multitasking, video recording, pictures, uploading, posting, large files, downloading pdfs, ect; I don't have any issues with
Optimum 100 plan . I don't do gaming so can't comment on that aspect of it

So I call Frontier, ask them about their internet speed (they offer 45 mbps upload, 6 download). I gasp, say that's really slow. The rep says it's perfectly fast, that I'd have a dedicated line blah blah.
