Route 7 doesn’t go through New Fairfield so you might mean New Milford. Still Route 7 doesn’t go through the center of town. It’s across the river from it. Could you mean Kent? Jay

It was New Milford then. Hard to remember specifics these days when you've become accustomed to plug and go on Google maps and Waze. I tell the lady "take me to Mohawk Mountain"

New Milford does have a beautiful town center oozing with New England charm and character. There’s a beautiful town green with stately churches, public buildings and homes. Plus there’s a number of small local businesses and restaurants to choose from. Very nice, in fact it was used as the backdrop to the Adam Sandler movie Mr. Deeds. Jay

That’s good news. It’s a wonderful event. I’m guessing all the Fall Havest Festivals will go on too. Will see. Jay

Connecticut has long been the home and playground of celebrities but they mostly walk around unnoticed by us commoners. Here’s a few of the celebrities sighted last month. Jay

A major movie is currently being filmed in downtown Hartford. It stars Sigourney Weaver and Elizabeth Banks. Nice to see that. Jay

“We are in love with Connecticut,” she said.
