Some may have left in droves but NYers came in hordes and masses, unfettered, leaving a trail of dust in their wake. No looking back. No regrets.
I don’t know if there are studies or data driven results out there but I wouldn’t be surprised if CT was one of the top states for retirees staying. I’d bet money on it. If you heard some of the things I hear come out of CT peoples mouths, just full of passion and unconditional love. It’s their forever state.

In case you haven’t followed this thread, the point was that the 2020 US Census showed we had a population increase when a decrease was expected. Since then there was more talk of population decline yet here we are with growth two years in a row. Jay
