The Palace Theater in Stafford might have a new owner. There is a survey by a interested party that is looking for comments.

I think he's looking more at theater but could be open to music acts and comedy. The area has grown significantly in the past few years with the Off the Rails Brewery, Little Lost Records, Let's Get Wired crystal shop, Stone Apothecary and Mikes on Main restaurant opening next month and possibly the relocation of a Chinese restaurant. From what I understand the current ownership of the theater is somewhat retired and only has private events and a rare musical event, it is not being used to its full potential.

That would be great. It certainly would help Stafford attract more people.
