Hi folks.

I am moving from Cleveland to CT and from my research have located Wilton and Ridgefield as potential areas to rent in.

In the first instance I would like to rent an apartment. Does anyone know anything about Avalon Springs in Wilton or the Ridgefield Apartments in Ridgefield?

Any advice on what they are like would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Avalon Springs is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Wilton Center. Overall, it seems like a pretty nice complex.

Avalon Springs is located in the town center, walking distance to movies, library and shopping. The units are generally well maintained and popular with families renting while looking to purchase, those undergoing major renovations at their homes, and those going through a divorce. It is considered to be expensive.
There are several condo developments in town that rent privately. Look in local newspapers for ads, or contact local realtors to search those out.
