I purchased this Sony Walkman for my son. We don't know how to download movies and videos? He knows how to download songs.

Not being a jerk, but did it not come with some type of manual or instructions? Nothing on their support website?

Wow, that Sony site is the pits! You'd think a large company could create a site better than that piece of cr*p. Even the model numbers don't match up across pages.
