screen goes off (connect, LCD, control, signal)

It almost now one week with this problen could not solv it . I have the Zhiyun crane 3 lab with panasonic GH5s when connect the camera control usb c from the gimbal to the camer the scren goes off ,if I desconect the usb c the screen comes back to normal,if i connect it back again the screen goes to black ,can some one help me with,I contacted the pansonic support but there was no luck.

Get a new USB-C cord?
Also check compatibility. Not all cameras are compatible with the gimbal.

You need to have both the camera control cable and an HDMI cable connected up between your camera and the gimbal. This means you have a myriad of cables sticking out everywhere. You also need to be aware that with certain cameras, if you attach an HDMI cable or use a camera control cable, the back LCD screen turns black. This is exactly what happens with the Panasonic GH5. You can still receive a wireless video signal without having to use a camera control cable.
